Entry Point Doors and Windows (EPDW) Service Warranty Policy

1. Service or Warranty Claim Submission: If a customer experiences an issue with their EPDW product and wishes to make a service or warranty claim, they must provide a written explanation of the problem. Claims can be submitted via email to service@entrypointatlanta.com.

2. Supporting Documentation: In some cases, EPDW may request the customer to provide pictures or a short video related to the reported issue. This additional documentation will help us better assess the problem and expedite the resolution process.

3. On-Site Inspection: EPDW reserves the right to conduct an in-person inspection of the reported issue before making a final determination on whether it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty or EPDW’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. The inspection will help ensure that the claim is genuine and eligible for coverage.

4. Coverage under EPDW Limited Lifetime Warranty: If EPDW determines that the reported issue is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will proceed with repairing the problem. Our team will work closely with the homeowner to schedule and perform the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Coverage under Manufacturer’s Warranty: In the event that the issue is determined to be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, EPDW will work directly with the manufacturer to obtain the replacement components needed to repair the problem. We will keep the customer informed about the process, including timelines and scheduling.

6. Communication with Customers: Throughout the entire service or warranty claim process, EPDW will maintain open and transparent communication with the customer. We will provide regular updates on the status of the claim, expected timelines, and any actions required from the customer.

7. Exclusions: It’s important to note that the EPDW Service Warranty Policy does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

8. Transferability: EPDW’s Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner who purchased and had the product installed.

9. Claim Denial: If a service or warranty claim is determined to be outside the scope of coverage outlined in this policy, EPDW will provide a clear explanation of the reasons for claim denial to the customer.

10. Effective Date: This policy is effective from the date of product installation and will remain in effect for the duration of the EPDW Limited Lifetime Warranty period.
